SMALL GROUP CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BOXING FITNESS
No not Cardio Boxing, Boxing Fitness. We are combining Boxing technique with calisthenics and strength training geared specifically to the members skill level.

We start class with the necessary mobilization to get boxers ready for the period what we call it in boxing, “road work.” Boxing movement (footwork, shadow boxing, and boxing drills) with strength training to geared for a boxer. Gloves and wraps are highly recommended, but not necessary for your first class.

This is the ultimate experience to train like a boxer, without sparring or any of the battle scars that the “sweet science” brings.

WEEKEND WARRIOR
Work week or life get in the way of your workout week? Looking to get a buffet style of fitness all in one class? HITT (High Intensity Interval Training) or HISS (High Intensity Steady State) in a circuit style format will be on the menu. Whether it’s kettlebells, TRX, Battle Ropes we’ll be combining that with the Rower, Fan Bike and Boxing/Kickboxing to get a workout in that’ll touch on everything you missed during the week.
This class is geared for those individuals who are truly looking to have their limits pushed. Bring an extra water bottle and towel as you’re going to need it!

STRENGTH & MOBILITY
Join us for a dynamic workout class that prioritizes functionality!
We’ll combine weightlifting with mobility exercises to strengthen muscles while enhancing joint flexibility.
This balanced approach not only boosts performance but also helps prevent injuries and alleviates tightness.
